Employment Authorization Revocation Status Page
The Department of Homeland Security is revoking Employment Authorization Documentation for certain individuals. E-Verify has outlined how Employer Agents can identify these individuals for Employers through a report that can be manually run.
On Friday, June 20th, Bullhorn was notified by E-Verify An online system that confirms the eligibility of an Employee to work in the United States. The process compares information entered by an employer from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility. that they have officially released a new report which enables Employer Agents to help their customers identify Applicants that have been impacted by the Employment Authorization Documents Revocation. This report is not available programmatically so the data cannot be brought into Bullhorn Onboarding products at this time.
To date, E-Verify has released these reports in waves every few weeks. It is Bullhorn’s present plan to run this report each weekday. If there are new results, Bullhorn will create a report for each individual customer who has applicants listed, and share the report with applicable records with each customer. Please note in many cases if your organization did not have any applicants impacted by an individual wave, you will not receive a report. You will only receive a report in cases where you have impacted applicants.
You may refer back to this page daily if you’re looking for information on whether a new report might be available.
